Description

The pour-over brewing method when using a Chemex is one of the cleanest way to brew coffee, the filters used when brewing coffee through a Chemex leave no residue as well as leaving you with a coffee that is pure in taste.

An elegant hand blown glass filter decanter that dates back to 1941.
Wonderfully low tech to use, all you need is:

• high quality fresh coffee,
• burr grinder – correct grind setting,
• 60grams of coffee to 1litre of water,
• Fresh water just off the boil,
• filters and a long spouted kettle.
