Ti Kuan Yin is a finely balanced semi-oxidised tea from China. The leaves are dark and glossy and harvested when at a very particular maturity. Tightly rolled like an Oolong the leaves infused produce a light clear liquid, amber in colour with a balance between nutty and fruity. A soft resinous feel of orchards and a delicate orchard nose that lingers. Hugely popular worldwide and a must try for those who love Oolong tea.
