HOW WE SHIP
The preferred freight partners we use are New Zealand Couriers and Post Haste Couriers.
We operate with 1 courier pick up per business day to ensure your order is dispatched from us as soon as possible.
We do this because this is part of the service to you we pride ourselves on.
After placing your order with us we send you email notifications to keep you in the loop with the status of your order
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We offer nationwide shipping on all orders and free shipping on orders over $100. This does not include rural delivery addresses.
Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days from receiving your shipping notification email from us.
We do not ship on weekends or New Zealand Public Holidays so your order will be bumped to the next business day.
RURAL DELIVERY
Certain areas may be designated as ‘rural’ or ‘non-urban’ which means that the Courier can offer delivery to that area but there is an additional cost.
If you have an RD number (eg: “RD2”) in your address you will require Rural Delivery Shipping.
Please ensure when selecting your shipping rate at check out you choose a Rural Delivery option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to the following international destinations: Australia, Norfolk Island, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands.
All international orders will be shipped via New Zealand post and their international freight partners.We offer tracked and non-tracked shipping rates.
International tracked shipping: We can trace your order through to final delivery. Estimated delivery times are 2-6 working days from receiving your shipping notification email from us.
International non-tracked shipping: We take no responsibility for your order or the final delivery outcome of your consignment once we have dispatched it. We will not refund for any non deliveries. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 working days from receiving your shipping notification email from us
